This attunement allows the angel, with a touch, to negate almost all of the
weight and inertial mass of an object, making it as light and as easy to
move as a feather. The effect lasts for (minutes x the angel's total
forces) as long as the angel is continuously touching the object, or
(seconds x the angel's total forces) once the angel releases it.
The cost is 1 essence per 250 pounds if used on a willing accomplice(s), or
2 essence/250 lbs. if used on inanimate objects. Using it on an
unsuspecting or hostile victim costs 3 essence/250 lbs, and the victim gets
a Strength roll to resist. If failed, all the victim's Precision and
Agility rolls will be reduced by a number equal to the angel's Celestial
forces for the duration... and clever angels will certainly be able to
think of other ways to use this offensively.
